To contribute with market knowledge, technical capabilities, and service

According to the companies, the agreement extends INEOS’ existing distribution network and broadens its market coverage across key European regions. It also builds on an existing relationship, with Snetor already distributing certain INEOS product lines in other regions.

The companies state that Snetor will contribute market knowledge, technical capabilities, and service, complementing INEOS’ production and product development activities. INEOS also refers to its ongoing investments in Europe, including a EUR 4 billion project for a new cracker and EUR 500 million to upgrade its Lavera site.

INEOS indicates that the agreement will give more converters access to a stable, domestic supply of high-quality polymer grades manufactured across INEOS’ European production network. The company adds that its investments aim to support regional supply, portfolio expansion, and sustainability-related developments.
