Polyplastics joins Daicel Group, to debut with new identity at CHINAPLAS 2026

With more than half a century of expertise in engineering plastics, Polyplastics officially integrated with the century-old Daicel Group. This integration combines the two companies’ robust strengths in production and R&D to unlock limitless possibilities for innovation and applications in materials science. The newly unified “New Daicel” will debut at CHINAPLAS 2026.

xEV display zone: Key components for new-energy vehicles made of high-performance materials, plus applications for smart and safe mobility.
High-speed transmission solutions: Low-dielectric, high-heat-resistant resins for high-speed data transmission in servers, high-speed connectors, etc.
Semiconductor solutions: High-performance materials such as LAPEROS® LCP for next-generation IC trays and TOPAS® COC for advanced wafer carriers.
