Administrator to provide accurate assessment and possible options

The insolvency proceeding allow DOMO Polymer Solutions Spain S.L.U. to evaluate, under court supervision and with court-appointed administrator, Sr. Josep Pujolràs, partner from ROCA JUNYENT, S.L.P., appropriate solutions to ensure the entity’s continuity.

The court-appointed administrator will work closely with management and the company’s stakeholders to provide an accurate assessment of the company’s financial situation and consider possible options for its future.

The production site in Blanes has temporarily ceased operations, while the IT team in Barcelona continues to provide essential support. Approximately 100 employees are affected. Employees are covered under the protections established by Spanish insolvency law during this transitional period.

In the coming weeks, the administrators will review all restructuring options under court supervision. DOMO Chemicals remains committed to transparent communication and will provide further updates as permitted by the legal process.
