Borealis AG converts to LLC (GmbH) ahead of Borouge Group International formation

In preparation for the formation of Borouge Group International, the shareholders of Borealis have decided to change the company's legal form to a limited liability company (GmbH). This change will become legally effective upon registration with the commercial register, within the next few days.
Consequently, the company name will change from Borealis AG to Borealis GmbH. Borealis GmbH (formerly Borealis AG) remains headquartered in Vienna, Austria. The company will stay registered in the commercial register under FN 269858 a with the Commercial Court of Vienna. This change will not impact Borealis' contracts with suppliers or customers, and the company will continue to operate as usual. The bank details of the company remain unchanged. Borealis stakeholders are proactively informed.
