Stanyl® TW271F6 by Envalior is a heat stabilized polyamide 4-6 (PA 4-6) + PTFE grade reinforced with 30% glass fiber.
Stanyl® TW271F6 is suitable for processing by injection molding. Possesses high flow, low warpage, low friction, reduced cycle time, easy processability, high toughness, excellent retention of stiffness at higher temperatures (above 100°C) and good electrical properties.
Provides excellent heat-, wear-, moisture-, abrasion-, fatigue-, grease-, oil- and creep resistance. Meets ISO 1043 for PA46+PTFE.
