Stanyl® HGR2 BK00001 by DSM is a lubricated, wear modified, heat stabilized polyamide (PA 4-6) grade with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). It provides reduced friction for engine oil lubricated chain guide systems and powertrain systems. It is suitable for processing by injection molding.
Stanyl® HGR2 BK00001 is used in slide shoe surfaces and timing chain tensioner surfaces.
