ULTEM™ resin 1000 by SABIC is amorphous, transparent, flame-retarded polyetherimide (PEI) grade. It is metallizable and transparent to microwave radiation & near IR. Provides high stiffness, strength, hydrolytic stability, low creep sensitivity, shrinkage, good metal adhesion, low smoke and toxicity. Offers radiation resistance (gamma, x-ray), chemical-, UV-C resistance, high electric breakdown strength (BDS) and high heat resistance. Exhibits excellent mechanicals in broad temperature range, good dimensional stability and excellent electrical properties. ULTEM™ resin 1000 is suitable for processing by additive manufacturing, injection compression molding, compression molding, foam-, film- & profile extrusion, injection molding, extrusion blow molding and extrusion compounding. Used in rigid packaging, aircraft interiors, defense, outdoor, lawn & landscape, semiconductors, fossil, electric vehicle, heavy truck, automotive interiors, electrical devices & displays, specialty vehicles, ophthalmics, rail, wind energy, sport/leisure, consumer packaging. It is also recommended for personal accessory, textile, lighting, energy storage, home appliances, servomotor, bus, electronic, electrical components, industrial, automotive under the hood, commercial appliance and recreational vehicle. Complies with RoHS, UL94 V-0, V-2 and 5V ratings and aerospace FAR 25.853. The natural, uncolored, material is halogen-free according to standards IEC 61249-2-21, IPC 4101E and JEDEC JS709B. The base material is transparent amber colored but is also available in custom colors- transparent and opaque.

SILTEM™ Resin STM1500 (Europe) by SABIC is a PFAS-free, flexible polyetherimide(PEI)-siloxane copolymer for cable and wire coatings. Offers high tensile elongation, chemical resistance- & heat resistance and good dimensional stability. It is a non-halogenated flame retardant grade. Exhibits low corrosivity & toxicity and smoke emission. SILTEM™ Resin STM1500 (Europe) can be processed by extrusion. Used in aerospace, defense, mass transportation like rail, electronics, material handling, electricals and industrial material handling. Complies with RoHS and UL 94 V-1 flame rating.

Viton™ A-331C by Chemours is an intermediate viscosity, fluoroelastomer dipolymer grade consisting of hexafluoropropylene and vinylidene fluoride plus cure chemicals. It offers good mold flow, excellent storage stability, improved demolding hot tear resistance, good mold release with less mold fouling and good compression set resistance. It is fully precompounded with reduced curative level and incorporated process aid. It is suitable for processing by transfer molding, injection molding, compression molding and extrusion. Viton™ A-331C is suitable for O-rings, seals, gaskets, profile and extruded O-ring cord & hose applications.

Xytron™ U3020E (R-X08286A) by Envalior is a flame retardant, polyphenylene sulfide.

FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCD841U (Europe) by SABIC is a flexible, PFAS-free, low war page, UV-stabilized, thin-walled, non-reinforced, non-halogenated, flame retarded, extrudable blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) and thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). It is a creep and impact resistant, non-chlorinated and non-brominated grade. It exhibits superior thermal stability, very low water & moisture absorption, good electrical properties, low specific gravity and good color stability after UV weathering. It offers dimensional & hydrolytic stability and good processability. It is used in electronics and electrical applications. FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCD841U (Europe) is suitable for processing by wire extrusion coating. It is recommended for mobile phones, computes and tablets. It meets UL VW-1 requirements, 80C end-use temperature rating and heat deformation performance as defined by UL 1581. It is suitable for wire insulation and cable jacket applications in light colors.

TPX™ RT18 (RT18XB) by Mitsui Chemicals is a high modulus, low density, heat resistant polymethylpentene. It boasts superior releasability and is one of the lightest polymer materials among thermoplastic plastics. Possesses excellent transparency equivalent to glass and acrylic as well as high melting point and can be used at high temperature. Offers excellent chemical & steam resistance and high durability against acid, alkali and alcohol. Recommended for injection molding and is also applicable for extrusion processing by T-Die casting, profile, mandrel, pipe and fiber spinning. Exhibits gas permeability, low refractive index, low dielectric property and high insulation properties equivalent to fluororesin. Possible applications include food containers, release film for FPC, rubber hoses and release paper for synthetic leather. It is also suitable for animal cage, resin modification, LED mold, experimental apparatuses and hollow fiber. TPX™ RT18 (RT18XB) is certified for food packaging materials by Japan Hygienic Olefin and Styrene Plastics Association, United States Code of Federal Regulations Title 21 and EU Regulation (EU) 10/2011.

ForTii® Ace XTR31S by Envalior is an unreinforced, lubricated, medium/high viscosity, PPA (PA4T). This high-temperature polyamide has excellent viscosity stability, chemical resistance, barrier performance and stable processing. It is used in many coextrusion and pultrusion processes.

Arnite® A06 101 by Envalior is a very high viscosity polyethylene terephthalate (PET) food contact grade. Exhibits high strength and rigidity with excellent processing characteristics. It is suitable for processing by extrusion and injection molding. Possible applications of Arnite® A06 101 include automotive, electrical & electronic and consumer goods.

Akulon® S240-C by Envalior is a food contact, high viscosity polyamide 66 grade. It is suitable for processing by cast film extrusion and injection molding. It is recommended for food packaging applications including smokable sausage casings.

FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCA875 (Americas) by SABIC is a PFAS-free, flexible, impact resistant, non chlorinated/brominated & non-halogenated flame retardant, unreinforced extrudable blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCA875 (Americas) is recommended for wire insulation applications in dark colors. It exhibits superior thermal stability, very low water absorption, good electric properties & processability, and low specific gravity. It can be processed by wire coating extrusion. It offers hydrolytic stability, low warpage, thin wall, low moisture absorption, creep resistant, dimensional stability. It is suitable for electrical and electronic applications such as mobile phones, computers and tablets. This material is capable of meeting UL VW-1 requirements, 105°C end use temperature rating, and heat deformation performance as defined by UL 1581.
