Andrea joined Momentive in 2023 as Marketing Manager to support the transition of the personal care portfolio to biobased materials. She has a Degree in Colour Chemistry and Diplomas in Cosmetic Science and Marketing. Andrea has worked in the personal care ingredients industry for her whole career across roles in marketing, application technology, sales, and R&D.

Lea Mallet
Senior Application Development Scientist
Lea joined Momentive in 2023 as an Application Development Engineer, focusing on formulation development to support the launch of new raw materials. She also provides technical support to customers across the European Union. With over 10 years of experience in the personal care industry, Lea previously worked for a contract manufacturer, where she was responsible for end-to-end formulation development—from initial brief through to scale-up. She holds a master’s degree in chemistry, with a specialization in formulation and sensory evaluation of cosmetic products.
