Acts as a pearlescent pigment. It consists of platelets of mica coated with iron oxide. It demonstrates bright bronze metallic luster, in spite of the non-metallic nature of the material itself. Exhibits good shade power, physical and chemical stability. Used in makeup products, tooth paste, soap, hair shampoo & conditioner, etc.
