Castor Isostearate Beeswax Succinate. ZENIGLOSS® S by Zenitech is a solid natural emollient polymer provides adhesion and gloss in lipsticks. It has high molecular weight which provides good substantivity. This natural condensation polymer of castor oil, succinic acid and isostearic acid and beeswax. Improves the pigment wetting and dispersion properties in color. In hair and skin applications when used, it adds luster and contributes to a smother application. It is a superb natural solid glossing agent in color and hair applications and has also been found to boost SPF in sun and skin care formulations, and is ideal where a higher melting point is desired. ZENIGLOSS® S is used in skin care products such as moisturizers, lotions, body scrubs, balms, color care products such as lipsticks, lip balms, eye pencils, mascara, gloss pots, hair care products such as pomades, hair food, styling sticks, conditioners, sun care products such as sun sticks balms.
