Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate. WATEC® VC-IP by Watec Laboratories is an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agent. It offers UV protection, anti-stress, skin lightening as well as anti-aging properties. It is a stabilized oil-soluble derivative of vitamin C that can be used at higher concentrations without drawbacks. It is stable against heat, light and easy to use with cosmetic formulations. It possesses excellent percutaneous absorption and effectively converts into free vitamin C in the skin to perform various physiological functions. WATEC® VC-IP is used in whitening/anti-spot-, anti-aging-, sunburn protection- and anti-inflammatory/soothing products. It is also applicable in oil formulas, essence, cream and makeup formulas. Recommended shelf life is 24 months.
