Acrylates Copolymer (39-41%). Carfil® 9131 by Wanhua Chemical functions as a film former. It is a low VOC product and is free of monomers and formaldehyde. It is easy to use and is especially suitable for cold processes. It allows the formulator to develop nail polish formulations that are non-toxic, have virtually no odor and contain no acetates, acetone, phthalates or toluene without loss in performance. Offers high gloss, excellent adhesion and wear properties. The product also shows good compatibility with broad range of cosmetic ingredients. Carfil® 9131 is mainly used in unpeelable water-based nail polish and decorative cosmetics.
