BELSIL® DADM 3240 E by Wacker is a non-ionic silicone fluid emulsion and a highly efficient conditioning agent. It contains phenoxyethanol as a preservative. The oil phase combines amodimethicone crosspolymer with an embedded dimethicone fluid. It forms a loose network structure enveloping the hair and offering lasting protection.
