Steareth-21. Lipocol™ S-21 by Vantage is an oil-in-water emulsifier. Stable emulsions are formed when balanced with a low HLB emulsifier such as Lipocol™ S-2, and Lipocol™ S or Lipocol™ C for body and viscosity. It offers mildness. Lipocol™ S-21 is used in all emulsion systems including skin care, hair care, foundation make-up and antiperspirants. It is suitable for deodorants, sun- & baby care, color cosmetics and bath & shower applications.
