Ceteth-20. Lipocol™ C-20 by Vantage is an oil-in-water emulsifier. The stable emulsions are formed when balanced with a low HLB emulsifier such as Lipocol™ C-2, and Lipocol™ S or Lipocol™ C for body and viscosity. It is stable in wide pH range. It offers mildness. Lipocol™ C-20 is used in all emulsion systems including skin care, hair care and foundation make ups. It is suitable for sun care and color cosmetics.
