It is a polymer fused pigment, which is designed to enhance both performance and processing of pigments. Distinctive® Ultramarine Blue Chip AQ is easy to handle, non-dusting, highly pure and non-agglomerating with improved dispersibility, enhanced wear and performances on skin and lashes. Provides more uniform color distribution, better color intensity and better formulation stability at lower use levels. It reduces the potential for microbial contamination which is associated with water-based products and is also preservative free. Applications include mascara, tinted moisturizers, foundations and other color cosmetic products.
