VANZAN® NF

Xanthan Gum. VANZAN® NF by Vanderbilt Minerals is the general purpose grade of Xanthan Gum. It is suitable for personal care applications. It conforms to the USP/NF Xanthan Gum monograph. It is a high molecular weight water soluble polysaccharide that is widely used as a rheology control agent for aqueous systems. VANZAN® NF increases viscosity, helps to stabilize emulsions, and prevents the settling of solids in a wide variety of applications. Some applications for this product include toothpaste, clay masks, moisturizing lotions, shampoos, conditioner, facial creams and sunscreen products, baby products and washes.
