It acts as thickener, feel modifier and water repellent which can enhance the effectiveness of sunscreens. Creates a drier feel, reduces the evaporation of water through the epidermis, high pigment holding capacity, contributing to a dry feel, enhancement for “no-smudge” products and suitable for dry-liquid powder products. Unitwix™ II is used in lipstick products to manage hardness, payoff, gloss, and lend a dry feel.
