It is a nanoscale titanium dioxide treated with a layered mesh architecture coating. This treatment effectively inhibits hydroxyl free radicals on the surface of titanium dioxide particles, enabling the material to achieve superior affinity and compatibility in oily systems, and provides efficient shielding against UV-A/UV-B.
