Tranexamic Acid. PromaCare® TA by Uniproma Chemical is a highly effective skin whitening agent. This water-soluble grade acts as protease inhibitor, suppresses production of melanin especially those caused by UV exposure. It provides moisturization, hydration, effectively treats and prevents chloasma.
- It is easily absorbed by the skin system and can dilute dark spots, red blood and purple spots, yellow freckles, acne marks.
- It inhibits UV-induced plasmin activity in keratinocytes preventing the binding of plasminogen to the keratinocytes, which ultimately results in less free arachidonic acids and a diminished ability to produce PGs and decreases melanocyte tyrosinase activity.
- PromaCare® TA is used in skin whitening creams, lotions and masks.
- It has a shelf life of 48 months.
