It is a non-GMO product made by reacting the well-known pro-vitamin B-5 (Panthenol) with a long chain quaternary amine. It imparts shine, silkiness, lubricity to hair and can improve combing & hair appearance. It provides added manageability & body to hair and delivers intense moisturization to skin & hair. It helps to decrease damage from harsh chemical treatments. It is non-irritating with excellent surface activity and compatible with wide range of ingredients including anionic surfactants.
