Thorcoflex

Acrylates/Hydroxyesters Acrylates Copolymer (and) Polyvinyl Acetate Homopolymer (and) Butylene Glycol (and) Water (and) Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (and) Phenoxyethanol (and) Caprylyl Glycol (and) Hexylene Glycol. Thorcoflex by Thornley Company acts as a film former and dispersant. It is an emulsion polymer designed for water based mascara applications and to overcome many of the formulation challenge. Thorcoflex does not clump upon application. Easily disperses carbon black and iron oxides. It is compatible with natural waxes.
