Wool Powder (100%). Novatext® Jersey WL 20 by The Innovation Company acts as a silicone based texturing agent, film former and photostable emollient. It imparts good slip and lubricity. It offers non-occlusive film preventing moisture loss. It provides dry, smooth, rich, soft and silky skin feel with non-greasy application. Moreover, it reduces the tackiness of formulations and has the highest mattifying effect. Possible applications include skin- and color care products. It is listed with IECSC, TSCA, NZloC, KECI, PICCS, AICS, NDSL and DSL. Novatext® Jersey WL 20 has a shelf life of minimum 3 years.
