Hectone® HCO

Hydrogenated Coconut Oil (70-90%) (and) Stearalkonium Hectorite (10-20%) (and) Propylene Carbonate (1-10%). Hectone® HCO by The Innovation Company acts as a thickener, viscosity and texture modifier. It imparts soft and rich skin feel upon application. Its appearance and after feel varies from mat and dry feel to a slight sheen and soft feel depending upon the dispersion media used. It improves emulsion stability and eliminates oil migration. It reduces sedimentation of physical UV filters and pigments. It provides SPF stabilization and enhances pseudoplastic behavior. It avoids creasing of color care applications. Hectone® HCO is used in skin- and sun care formulations. It is listed with IECSC, IECIC, TSCA, NZloC, ENCS, KECI, PICCS, TCSI, AICS and DSL. The shelf life is 3 years.
