Polyethylene Terephthalate (&) Glycerin (&) Acrylamide/Ammonium Acrylate Copolymer (&) CI 77000 (Aluminum Powder). It is a cosmetic grade glitter. Available in square and hexagonal particle shapes. It is a multiple layer composite, which has been coated with a fine aluminum film. The double layer of polyethylene terephtalate seals the aluminum coating and creates the color effects. Depending on the particle size, the glittering effect varies from sparkling to shimmering. It is easy to formulate and provides high shine and sparkling effect. Meets the requirements of heavy metal contents, microbiological purity, and low monomer contents of polymers. It is suitable for all types of decorative cosmetic applications such as powders, gels and emulsions. Also used in nail varnishes and fragrances.
