Creanatural® Vegetable Melanin

Water (and) Melanin. Creanatural® Vegetable Melanin by The Innovation Company acts as a UV filter and antioxidant. It is derived from date fruit in which it functions as protective filter and pigment. It is a strong water-soluble antioxidant, and it has free radical scavenging properties similar to human's own melanin. Absorbs UV radiation and protects, improves the endurance of color and shine of hair. Used in skin care and hair care applications. Creanatural® Vegetable Melanin does not tolerate high temperatures and should be added in the end of the formulation at a temperature below 35°C, and the formulation should not be heated after the addition. Suitable for cold process formulations.
