Alphaflow® 20

Hydrogenated Polydecene. Alphaflow® 20 by The Innovation Company acts as an emollient, lubricant and film forming agent. It has low viscosity, excellent spreadability and low volatility. It is non-irritating, non-comedogenic, non-toxic, pure and hypoallergenic. It provides softness, glossiness and lubricity to formulations. It is light on application and form non-occlusive film to prevent moisture loss. It is suitable for hot and cold processes. It is photostable and soluble in most non-polar solvents. It is compatible with most cosmetic ingredients excluding silicon oils. Alphaflow® 20 is used for skin care, sun care and color care. It is suitable for moisturizing lotions, non-oily emollient bases, O/W moisturizing and cleaning creams, W/O cleaning creams, baby lotions and massage oils or aromatherapy products. It has a shelf life of 3 years.
