Castanea Crenata Shell Extract. Yulpi Extract by The Garden of Naturalsolution acts as an anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, anti-oxidant, anti-wrinkle and skin brightening agent. It is an extract of the shell of chestnut, castanea crenata. It contains ellagic acid, scoparone, scopoletin and tannins as active compounds. It offers skin firming and shows free radical scavenging, inhibition of lipid peroxidation and protection against oxidative DNA damage. Moreover, it inhibits the production of cytokines related to inflammation like TNF-a, IL-6 and IL-8.
