SynViscol® K30

Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP). SynViscol® K30 by Synvent Materials acts as a film former and a stabilizer for emulsion, dispersion and suspension. It works as a tackifier in toothpaste, as a dispersant & affinity agent in hair dyeing, and as a perming agent to improve the durability of color. It shows good dispersibility & hygroscopicity and exhibits good biocompatibility & no irritation to skin, mucosa & eyes.

• It can reduce the irritation of pigments in skin care products and beauty cosmetics such as eye shadow & mascara.
• It promotes beard softening and improves lubrication in shaving creams.
• It is recommended for formulating vanishing cream, sunscreen cream & depilatory as it enhances the moisturizing effects.
• When used in masks, it shows good affinity to the skin and helps to accelerate the penetration of its components.
• SynViscol® K30 is used as an excellent surfactant and sunscreen to improve foam stability in shampoos and other hair care products.
