Bismuth Oxychloride (CI 77163) (and) Butyl Acetate (and) Nitrocellulose (and) Isopropyl Alcohol (and) Stearalkonium Hectorite. Biju® BNT by Sun Chemical (DIC) is a metallic pigment. This pearly paste consists of bismuth oxychloride crystals in a nitrocellulose vehicle with ester solvents. It is prepared without the use of toluene in any processing step. It gives products a smooth silky feel, excellent adhesion, covering power with exceptional compressibility and binding properties. Biju® BNT is used in cosmetics and personal care products especially for nail enamels.
