Ceresine Wax 319

Ceresine Wax 319 by Strahl & Pitsch is a blend of paraffin and microcrystalline waxes. In personal care applications, it is valued as an emollient and for its film-forming properties. It is a white, odorless and tasteless solid. It helps to modify viscosity in liquid and semi-solid formulations. It is desirable for its structure forming properties in stick product systems. It is useful as a melt point modifier and in binding & stabilizing the oil portion of an emulsion. It is compatible with a wide variety of solvents, oils, fats, resins, petrolatum and other waxes. Ceresine Wax 319 is used in cosmetics, creams and ointments.
