Propanediol Dicaprylate. DUB ZENOAT® by Stearinerie Dubois acts as a dispersant of anti-UV sunscreens. It has a sensory finish similar to volatile silicones but in a plant-derived version. Its unique sensory properties make the ester for the formulation of skin care and make-up products, lending them an ultra-comfortable silky feel. It is used in the formulation of sun-, hair-care, toiletries and vegetal products. DUB ZENOAT® is certified with Ecocert and COSMOS approved product.
