Acrylamide/Sodium Acrylate Copolymer (and) Paraffinum Liquidum (and) Trideceth-6. RHEOSOL® AVC by SNF acts as an opacifier, thickener and emulsion stabilizer. It is a water-swellable, anionic copolymer.
  • It improves performance whilst promoting the excellent spreading of the finished formulations.
  • It shows softening, moisturization, gelling, low viscosity, easy incorporation and cold mixing in aqueous systems.
  • It does not require neutralization or the addition of sodium chloride to achieve viscosity build.
  • It allows low usage levels, aids suspension and stabilization of other co-ingredients and provides excellent skin feel.
  • RHEOSOL® AVC finds application in formulating opaque formulations like cream bases, cleansing products, conditioners, sun care lotions, and hair conditioners.
  • It has a shelf life of 12 months.
