Styrene/Acrylates Copolymer (and) Aqua (and) 1,2-Hexanediol. Perisol™ 5190S by Sina BT is a film former. It offers SPF protection, controls rheology and strengthens the moisture barrier. It provides excellent initial adhesion that improves lash grip and ensures long-lasting wear. It shows excellent compatibility with fillers enabling the formation of emulsions with a uniform liquid phase composed of two or more substances. It forms a quick-drying, transparent film that shortens makeup time while maintaining a natural finish. It enhances eyelash length and volume, delivering a more defined and captivating eye appearance. It also offers superior water resistance that protects against sweat and sebum, ensuring both waterproof performance and formula stability.
