Silube® Sustain-S

Gluconamido Lauryl Dimethicone (and) Isoamyl Laurate. Silube® Sustain-S by Siltech is a novel glucose-modified aminoalkyl silicone emulsifier dispersed in 100% natural, non-toxic, non-irritating, RSPO MB approved, fully biodegradable carrier. It disperses pigments in makeup & sunscreen formulations including foundations which depend on high pigment loadings for heavy coverage. Isoamyl laurate offers emolliency and further augments sustainability. It is used in invert water-in-oil (W/O) emulsion cream, "Sustainable Hydration Moisturizing Cream". It is also suitable for regular (O/W) and switch oil phase (SWOP) systems. It imparts ultra-hydration, soft sensorial and smooth after-feel. It can emulsify inorganic UV filters and is compatible with emulsions of organic UV filters. Silube® Sustain-S is recommended for personal care applications. It also works as a co-emulsifier in the most challenging invert emulsions along with organic esters and magnesium stearate. It is listed with EINECS/ELINCS and TSCA section 5. It has a shelf life of 24 months.
