Aqua (and) Ophiopogon Japonicus Root Extract. COHESIUM® by Silab acts as a moisturizing and repairing agent. It is rich fructosans obtained from Ophiopogon japonicus tubers. It ensures an effective barrier function by activating the keratinocyte differentiation process and by reinforcing the cohesion in the upper layers of the epidermis. It boosts the synthesis of epidermal lipids and optimizes their organization. It also activates the genes involved in hydration and hence increases NMF levels making skin hydrated and restructured. COHESIUM® is suggested for skin care applications.
