Secale Cereale Seed Extract (and) Water. COHELISS® by Silab acts as a firming and anti-gravity active. It is derived from French rye seeds risch in arabinoxylans. A biomimetic active ingredient, it transposes to the skin the natural properties of arabinoxylans and hence stimulates the natural resources of the skin in order to restore its mechanical properties and return its natural lifting properties to normal. It improves the mechanical resistance of the dermis by stimulating the expression of key players such as integrin a2ß1, vinculin and a-SMA, and reinforces the contraction capacity generated by fibroblasts, which is essential to maintain the skin’s integrity. With its smoothing and anti-wrinkle effect, it limits the appearance of gravity and expression wrinkles. COHELISS® is used in skin care formulations. It is also available in preservative-free powder.
