Coco-Caprylate/Caprate (and) Vinyl Dimethicone/Lauryl Dimethicone Crosspolymer. KSG-45 by Shin-Etsu is an alkyl modified silicone elastomer gel swollen in a natural light solvent. It allows to make high NOI formulations. This silicone elastomer is a thickening agent with soft focus and mat effect that has good compatibility with organic oils and esters and leaves the skin with a soft feeling. It can be used in skin care and in makeup.
