Isododecane (and) PEG-15/Lauryl Dimethicone Crosspolymer. KSG-320 by Shin-Etsu is silicone elastomer. It is also used as a water in oil (W/O) emulsifier. The active elastomer gel is an alkyl (C12) functionalized silicone crosslined with polyether and swollen in isododecane.
