Dimethicone (and) Dimethicone/PEG-10/15 Crosspolymer. KSG-210 by Shin-Etsu acts as a water in silicone (W/Si) emulsifier. It is a patented self-emulsifying silicone elastomer with exceptionally silky and smooth skin feel. It shows good compatibility with silicones. It is used to make quick breaking, unique water in silicone (W/Si) and water in oil (W/O) creams.
