Cyclopentasiloxane (and) Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer. KSG-15 by Shin-Etsu acts as a thickening agent. It is a silicone elastomer with 3-dimensional crosslinked structure. It offers structural viscosity to the oil phase with little effect on the feel. It shows good compatibility with silicones.
