Cyclopentasiloxane (and) PEG/PPG-18/18 Dimethicone. SQ-SE 1225 by Shengqing Materials is a W/O and W/Si emulsifier. It also works as a dispersing agent for particles and pigments in the presence of silicone oil. It is a modified organosilicon oil containing polyoxyethylene groups in its molecular structure. It is used in both cold and hot mixing options.
