Polysorbate 80. MONTANOX™ 80 PHA PREMIUM by Seppic acts as an emulsifier to formulate oil in water emulsions but also as hydrophilic solubilizers for active ingredients with low solubility. It is composed of monoesters of lauric, stearate or oleic fatty acids and has low pH. It is stable in acidic or basic media and in presence of electrolytes. It is compatible with other surfactants and produce highly stable emulsions. MONTANOX™ 80 PHA PREMIUM finds application in formulating cosmetic products.
