Cetearyl Alcohol (and) Ceteareth-33. CIRE LANOL CTO by Seppic is a non-ionic self-emulsifying O/W base for all types of application and cream to butter textures with rich, soft feel. It is a preservative-free combination of fatty alcohol and ethoxylated fatty alcohol. Emulsifies a wide range of oils without the need for an HLB research (from 3%). It is compatible with hydrogen peroxide and stable in extreme pHs, both acid and alkali in the presence of electrolytes. CIRE LANOL CTO is used in make-up removers, deodorants, conditioners and hair coloration products.
