Methyl Methacrylate Crosspolymer. COVABEAD® LH 170 by Sensient Cosmetic Technologies is hollow spherical ultrafine beads with very high absorption ability. It provides creamy feeling, excellent slip, light diffusing properties. Possesses unique soft focus properties. It exhibits superior capacity of water or oil absorption. It allows the incorporation of 20-50% water in lipstick bases and imparts a powdery feel to oils. COVABEAD® LH 170 is suggested for use in dry oils, aqueous lipstick, loose or pressed powders, 2-30% liquid or thick emulsions with powdery feel.
