Polysilicone-14, Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate and Water. Silasoma ME by SEIWA KASEI acts as a microcapsule for UV-B protection. It is an aqueous dispersion, containing microcapsules encapsulating UV absorbers. It is non-irritating, smooth & silky and provides soft and light after-feel. Moreover, it contains additives like phenoxyethanol (2%), butylene glycol (2%) and etidronic acid (0.05–0.2%). Silasoma ME finds application in formulating skin- and hair sun care products.
