Cocodimonium Hydroxypropyl Hydrolyzed Collagen and Water. Promois W-42CAQ by SEIWA KASEI acts as an anti-static and moisturizing agent. It is a water solution of hydrolyzed collagen protein, bonded with a quaternary ammonium group at the N-terminal of the peptide. It contains hydroxyproline & hydroxylysine. It provides soft & pliable hair, moisture retention, protection and repairing effect. Moreover, it contains additives like 2% butylene glycol, 0.3% methylparaben and 0.03% propylparaben.
