Amaranthus Caudatus Seed Oil. Amaranth Oil, ORGANIC by SanaBio is an emollient and skin conditioning agent. It is often used as base oil for products against dry, sensitive, or allergy-damaged skin as it absorbs quickly. It supports the skin's ability to regenerate and its own cell protection. It improves moisture and elasticity of skin. It is allergens-, GMO-, parabens-, preservative-, SVHC-, formaldehyde- and solvent residue-free grade. It is vegan and has no animal materials in contact. It consists of high proportion of squalene (skin-related lipid) and phytosterols, which together bind the moisture and alleviate to a certain extent UV-related stress. In addition, it is characterized by its balance of different unsaturated fatty acids. It is derived by cold-pressing of beige-brown seeds of amaranth stemming from controlled organic cultivation. Amaranth Oil, ORGANIC is used in cosmetic industry in creams, skin- & and hair oils, soaps & shampoos, massage oils, decorative cosmetics, sunscreens and anti-aging products. The shelf life is 16 months.
