Polyquta LR3000KC

Polyquaternium-10. Polyquta LR3000KC by Samyang KCI acts as a thickener, film-forming, hair-protecting, and conditioning agent. It is a plant-sourced functional material cationic polymerized with hydroxyethyl cellulose. It has excellent compatibility with surfactants and applies to various transparent products.
