Polyquaternium-4. Acts as a film former and anti-static agent with moisturizing and smoothening properties. It is a graft polymer of cellulose and diallyldimethyl ammonium chloride. It gets attached on to the surface of keratin and prevents hair damage. Provides viscosity after clearly dissolved in water. It has no-build-up and gives silky feeling on hair and skin. It is very effective for hair care for hair styling. Used in conditioning styling mousse, cream rinse conditioners, blowing waving lotions, setting lotions, lotion of dry skin and skin conditioner mousses etc.
